Join us on Thursday evenings for a Live Model Drop-In Class, a Montpelier tradition for over 50 years.
Originally directed by the late artist Bill Brauer, this class offers a welcoming environment for artists of all levels to practice figure drawing or painting with a live, nude model. Sessions alternate between short poses and longer poses. The model will maintain one long post on the first and third Thursdays, and a series of short poses on the second and fourth Thursdays. Please note that no instruction is provided. No registration is required.
Materials: Students are responsible for bringing their own materials—whether drawing, painting, or other mediums. If you’re using oil paints, odorless turps are required.
$15 fee per class (cash or checks payable to T.W. Wood Gallery)
